This meal prep might become your new obsession, because it’s just that good and that easy.
Main Ingredients:
The following amounts are for a 4-day meal prep:
- 1 big pear (approximately 270 grams)
- 100 grams oats
- 10 grams hemp seeds
- 20 grams cashew nuts
- 30 ml maple syrup
- Approximately 100 ml milk of your choice
- 400 grams skyr
- Coconut oil
Spices:
- Cinnamon
- Nutmeg
How to make it:
- Cut the pear into cubes and the cashew nuts into smaller pieces.
- Mix together the oats, hemp seeds, and nuts, then give it a stir.
- Add the maple syrup, spices, and milk until it reaches a thicker consistency.
- Grease a springform with coconut oil and spread the pears and crumble mixture on top.
- Bake in the oven for around 25 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
- Let it cool, then layer the skyr on the bottom of your jar and top it with the crumble mixture.
