Calendar Week 16, 2024
I love the weekend, not only because it’s obviously the weekend, but also because I have more time to spend in the kitchen and think about creating new recipes.
Recently, I did a kitchen inventory, where I took everything out, checked what I have, and wrote it all down. This helps me get a good overview, especially to know what I need to use soon.
Since I work in an office, I like to meal prep always for at least 2 days ahead. This week, the breakfast (which I sometimes skip and have as a snack in the afternoon) will be the same for 4 days, so I will prepare the breakfast on Sunday, along with the first two lunches. I like to have at least one meal per day freshly cooked, so my dinner will be made the same day.

Breakfast
- White Chocolate Protein Skyr Cake with Strawberries
- Lime Skyr Cake with Blueberries
- Chocolate Protein Shake with Coffee
Lunch
- Gnocchi with Pumpkin, Sage & Goat Cheese and a Side Salad
- Rice with Asparagus, Broccoli & Fake Chicken
Dinner
- Zucchini with Halloumi, Topped with Pomegranate
- Cauliflower with Asparagus, Fake Chicken in Buffalo Sauce
- Oven-roasted Vegetables with Halloumi (Couscous)
